HOSTING: New Offline Backup cPanel Module

We have implemented a new cPanel module that will allow customers to restore their own offline backups. Customers can find the feature under the "R1Soft Backup" icon in cPanel. Upon clicking the icon, customers will be redirected and automatically logged on to the offline backup server and "home" directory for your domain. From there, customers can then select the time, day, files, or directories of their choice to restore. Offline backups cycle every 12 hours (around 07:15 and 19:15) and store 30 days worth of incremental data and are independant of online cPanel backups.

NOTE: Customers will only have access to their "home" directories and therefore cannot restore MySQL data (MySQL is stored in a separate partition than users "home" directories). MySQL data restores should be requested through our support center.

If customers feel more comfortable submitting support requests for data restores that is still perfectly acceptable.
