BILLING: Accounting Flow Details

We would like to inform everyone of our new accounting process - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

Invoice generation: 14 days before due date
Invoice reminder: 7 days before due date
First overdue reminder: 1 day past due date
Second overdue reminder: 2 days past due date
Third overdue reminder: 3 days past due date
Account suspensions: 7 days past due date
10% late fee: 7 days past due date
Account terminations: 30 days past due date

~~Customers using PayPal Subscriptions will not generate invoices until AFTER the PayPal Subscription payment is received. However, customers will still receive PayPal Subscription payment reminders.~~

Accounts downgrading packages within billing cycles will receive credits to future invoices.
