BILLING: Accounting Flow Details

We would like to inform everyone of our new accounting process - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
Invoice generation: 14 days before due date
Invoice reminder: 7 days before due date
First overdue reminder: 1 day past due date
Second overdue reminder: 2 days past due date
Third overdue reminder: 3 days past due date
Account suspensions: 7 days past due date
10% late fee: 7 days past due date
Account terminations: 30 days past due date
Customers using PayPal Subscriptions will not generate invoices until AFTER the PayPal Subscription payment is received. However, customers will still receive PayPal Subscription payment reminders.
Accounts downgrading packages within billing cycles will receive credits to future invoices.
