Over the years, we've gone through a number of billing system changes before finally settling on one that fits our needs. Unfortunately, this has caused some disconnects with PayPal subscriptions as the new billing system will not recognize subscription payments which were created under our old billing systems.
With that, we have decided to begin cancelling PayPal subscriptions that are not "linked" with our current billing system. This will happen on a case by case basis as not all PayPal subscriptions are de-linked.
As PayPal subscription payments are received, we will verify whether our billing system captures the payment automatically. If the PayPal subscription is not captured automatically, we will mark the invoice as "PAID" with the appropriate information and proceed to cancel the PayPal subscription from our end. You will then need to make your NEXT invoice payment manually through our billing system on or slightly before the invoice DUE DATE.
In order to accomplish this, simply log into the client area (http://client.lostinspacehosting.com) and click "View Invoice" on the invoice you would like to pay. At the invoice page, you will be able to select from three payment options; PayPal, Credit Card (Via, MasterCard, and Discover), and Credit Card (All Others). When selecting PayPal, you will receive the option to pay via "PayPal Subscribe" (automatic payments) or "PayPal Checkout" (manual payments).
