Shared Hosting and Voice Servers are typically setup within 1-2 hours.  Dedicated Servers are typically setup within 24 hours (depending on configuration).

Unfortunately, with the rampant use of stolen credit cards, we do not offer instant activation on any of our packages.

There are several processes your order goes through to verify accuracy and validity:

1. Internal Billing Fraud Check
2. External Gateway Fraud Check
3. Payment Authorization/Clearing
4. Internal Product Activation
5. Activation E-mail Dispatched

This entire process will generally take between 1 and 12 hours to complete.

Activation e-mails contain all the necessary information to access your hosting account(s).   Our activation e-mails sometimes get tagged as "SPAM" or "JUNK" by free e-mail providers.  We recommend you add "lostinspacehosting.com" to your list of trusted e-mail domains and keep an eye on your SPAM/JUNK folder for new messages as a precaution.
