What are your backup routines?
| We maintain the following backup schedule for local backups (stored on servers):
- Run incrementally daily, weekly, and monthly every 24 hours around 12:00AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Restores can be requested through a support ticket.
- Useful in restoring an ENTIRE cPanel account (mail, databases, www, etc.)
We maintain the following backup schedule for off line backups (not stored on servers):
- Run incrementally daily every 12 hours around 0730/1930 respectively and maintained for 30 days (each increment is available for restore).
- Restores can be performed through the "R1Soft" icon in cPanel or through a support ticket.
- Useful in restoring select files or entire directories within the root of your cPanel user account (mail, www, etc.) or selected databases (databases must be restored through a ticket request).
